Robert Pullman advises clients on domestic and international patent prosecution, trademarks, copyright matters, and strategic planning. He has prepared and prosecuted patents in a multitude of technology areas including machine learning, computer hardware and software, networking, head mounted displays, display devices, audio encoding, video encoding, lasers, semiconductor devices and fabrication technology, online transactions, and chemistry.
Prior to joining Innovation Counsel LLP Mr. Pullman worked as a patent attorney for JDI Patent where he counseled clients in the areas of computer hardware and software, lasers, and semiconductors. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Pullman performed undergraduate research with ultrafast lasers in the field of biophotonics and worked as a research associate where he took part in the FDA validation of an automated HIV test for Hologic Inc.
